Lealholme Village Gala

The 1st weekend in September saw Swinging Sisters once again entertaining the locals at the village gala.

The event is held on the local cricket pitch with produce and local crafts being exhibited in the two marquees and the outfield is used for the other exhibits including:-

A number of local tractors
One of my fairground organs
Small selection of stationery engines
Local charity stalls
A couple of bouncy castles
A small number of games stalls.

There are also children’s races during the afternoon. Refreshments are served in the pavilion.
